A. Med Ball Granny Toss (10-12# ball) as high as possible, 3 reps x 5 sets, rest as needed *focus on max hip extension
Complete.
B. High Hang Clean + Clean from Blocks at knee cap *video 1 set
295 for complex. Got 305 from high hang three times. Couldn't finish from blocks today. Not nearly as active hips today. Encouraged with progress as 300 was once hi hang PR, and Saturday I literally couldn't walk.
C. 15 Cleans at 305# for time:
Back was jacked up. Played round with this for 20 min. Decided it was smart to give it a rest.
