B. High Hang Clean + 2 Cleans from Blocks at knee cap *video 1 set
300. And I failed 2 sets at 285 before, then hit 285, then hit 292. Go figure.
C. 15 Cleans at heaviest weight from above for time: **use last weeks weight if today’s is lighter

Spent an hour cleaning. Was that smart? Probably not. But definitely needed. Finally hit a goal. Wasn't going to stop til I got 300. Stoked to gut it out.
