Friday- Jumping + Sn Tech + Sn Battery + BSQ Int + UB Gym/Sled Sprint work
*Everything done in nanos/metcons.
A. Single Leg Box Jump, 3/leg x 3, RAN
Built height each set. 24", 24"+plate , 30"
B. Snatch from High Blocks, build to 3RM *bar should be sitting in hip pocket *video **torso even more vertical, should be perfectly upright, may even have to raise box height an inch or two.
175. :-/ got some work to do.
C. Snatch High Pull @ 90%, 3 reps x 3, rest as needed *use straps and video 1 set

This got better as i went. Just need to do more EMOMs or something. Still finding the rhythm. Realized I'm early arm bending. It'll get there. Took 5:17
E. BSQ @ 40X1, build to tough 4 in less than 12 min
