Finished GoRuck at about 10 am. 14.5 hrs, bout 16-18 miles (depending on who you ask). Carried a lot of weight. My Ruck was 45+ lbs, and then carried a lot of team weight too. (60lb+sandbags).
Did a lot of clean and jerks with them putting them on my shoulders. Ha.
Feet were trashed. Severely dehydrated. Difficult to walk afterwards, running wasn't gonna happen. Didn't plan on that, but knew it was smart to rest. Slept from 3:45-7:45 pm. Then slept another 8 Saturday night.
