Friday- Jumping + Sn Tech + Sn Battery + BSQ Int + UB Gym/Sled Sprint work


Man what a day. Got to gym a lot later than anticipated. (Little after 4pm). Got thrown a curveball with work. Didn't have ton of time to hit mobility, warm up etc. left gym at 6:15, showered, ate a small amount, then went to GoRuck at 7. 


A. Standing Triple Jump, 3 attempts at max effort, rest as needed and after a good warm up

Complete, but couldn't measure. Not enough time. 


B. Snatch from High Blocks, build to 3RM *bar should be sitting in hip pocket *video **get set in power position and go from there, no movement before hand to get into position, get set and think squeeze butt and drive straight up

C. Snatch High Pull @ 95%, 3 reps x 3, rest as needed *use straps and video 1 set

No straps. Will order some.

D. Snatch, 15 reps @ 205, focus on perfect technique, not time:

Complete. 


E. BSQ @ 40X1, build to tough 3 in less than 12 min

345. Was going to go to 365, but would've been over time. felt heavy.

15 sec ALL OUT Sled Push w/ 185# on top

rest same strategy as last week, 0-5-10-etc..


Complete. Strict MU felt great. Could've done 3 each time no prob.
