Monday- Snatch Tech + Clean Int + EMOM SL/Gym + Z1
A. Snatch, build to a single, only 1RM if feeling great
260. Is a PR. Have more in tank though. Not my best. 
B. Power Clean & Jerk, 3RM TnG, no pause at the shoulder on the way up.
235x2. Did this twice. Missed last jerk.

2nd- 10 CTB Pull Ups

Did with axle bar. 
Felt like C2B got better each round. (Shorter cycle time)
