25:26. Embarrassing. Weight vest made triples difficult. First round of triples took over 5 min. What is encouraging though was that they got easier as i went. Ill take it.
Not gonna lie, my SI joint is still jacked up, just nagging when I externaly rotate. I can push through though. Wife's been working her PT skills, hopefully it gets better.
