A1. Strict CTB Pull-Up, build to 3RM

Got 82#. Would not count 83#, as my last two hip my throat and not collar bone/chest 

A2. Strict Deficit HSPU’s, 5RM deficit **if you get to 10”, add weight vest

Got 10" with 10# weight vest

B1. Towel Pull-Ups, 5 x 5, rest 30 sec **add weight if possible

Complete in 7:44. Breathing was best it's ever been with DU.  Tripped on last set at 10. Good day overall.
