8+10, little too fast out of gate.

A. Narrow Grip OHS, 3 x 3, moderate weight, rest as needed

Did 185 for 2 sets, realized I had more in tank, so did 3 x3 at 205

B. HSPU’s @ 3” deficit- 2-3/min for 8 min, focus on speed and efficiency

Complete.

Air bike was 500 watts +

Dubs were 50-51 each time.

Big improvement.
