Did couple working sets at 50, 55
Then did 7 sets at 60.

Complete. 3 was the number for sure. Ha.
C. Strict Muscle Up, 1/30 sec for 5 min
No fails until 8. Completed last 2
in next min.
Dat false grip doe. Haha
D1. L-Sit Pull Ups on Rings, 4 x 5 reps, rest 30 sec
D2. HS Walk, 4 x 50’ Unbroken, rest 90 sec
Complete. HS walks got smoother each time.
