Tuesday- UB CP + IGT + Therapy

A1. L-Sit Rope Climb from seated w/ wt vest 20#- 3 x 1 rep as high as possible, rest 30 sec

A2. 20# wt vest Deficit Strict HSPU’s 3 x 5 reps, rest 2 min **start w/ 25#’s


A1: made it all three times!

A2: made 5, 25's across.

Stoked with this. Good to break through this plateau.

Gymnastic parts were smooth. Especially c2b. Just gotta get better with dubs.

Complete. I do lying reverse flys on GHD. (Face down). That way can focus on positioning too.
