Wednesday- Oly Complexes + Tester + Aerobic Finish

A. Snatch High Pull + Hang Snatch High Pull + Hang Snatch + Snatch, tough complex in 10 min


215. Wanted to go for 225, but respected the time clock. :)


B. Front Squat w/ 5 sec Pause in bottom + Hang Clean + Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk, tough complex in 12 min


275. Was stoked to hit this. Positioning feeling better in hole. Back feels good.
