Worked up to 135. Felt myself start to dip. Stopped there.
B. Crossover Box Step Ups, 4 x 10/leg, rest as needed
45 across.
C1. Bird Dog @ 11X5, 4 x 5/side, rest as needed
C2. Dead Bug @ 15X1, 4 x 5/side, rest as needed **try to keep legs straight throughout
Complete. These felt good.
Had Jen cue me up too. Made me not overextend my neck, and use glutes and not overextend with my back.
