Sunday 

Wanted to get some work in. Was feeling good, and knew I'd feel worse if i didn't do anything. 

40 min EMOM
1) 5 strict HSPU + AB
2) 5 strict CTB  + AB
3) 10 GHD sit-ups + AB
4) 40 double unders + AB

Got 279 cals. 

Then did some glute ham raises, 5 sets of 3-5 reps.
