Did a StrongFit workout for obliques

5 single arm deadlifts, 50' suitcase carry, alternate arms each time.
7 full rounds (each arm)+ 1 deadlift
Then I did 5 rds at grinding pace (just to get blood moving):
20 cal row
50 foot sled push (3 plates on top)
50 foot sled pull
Mobility, Normatec, etc
