Monday- DE LB + DE Oly + Static Core

A. Back Squat @ 50%, 8 x 8/min

230 across 

B. Banded Deadlifts, 10 x 3 TnG @ 75% + lighter band tension

375 + red band

C. Power Snatch, 5 TnG/min for 8 min @ 65%

165 across. Best these have felt in LONG time. 

D. Power Clean, 5 TnG/min for 8 min @ 65%

195 across. 

E. Farmer’s Carry, 5 x 60 sec, rest 90 sec  **ensure unbroken, looking more for endurance here. 


115/hand. 3rds unbroken. 4th and 5th sets ~40-45secs.
