Monday- Snatch Tech + Clean Tech EMOM + EMOM SL/MU- breathing

A. High Hang Snatch - 1 set/45 sec for 15 reps - 70-77%

B. Below Knee Clean + 2 Push Jerk- 1/90 sec for 10 sets- 60-73%

Practiced no pause on all transitions. From clean to push jerk to push jerk (dip and go). Getting better at that.
