Finally got seen by another PT to check my hip/SI out, from a month ago. He thinks it's SI related also. Not giving me pain like it did, he just finally got time to assess it. Did some manipulations and stuff. No needling.
A. Power Snatch, build to 1RM
230. Not a PR by any means, but getting more consistent.
B. Power Snatch @ 80%, 20 reps for time:
3:28. Missed a few surprisingly.
