A. Clean & Jerk, speed ladder- 10 @ 185, 8 @ 225, 6 @ 245, 4 @ 265, 2 @ 285

(Did squat clean and jerk) 11:55. 

1 miss at 285 (jerk) cost me a minute+. 


B. Clean & Jerk, 1/60 sec @ starting @ 205, increase 20#/set until failure **have someone change weights for you if possible

Did 10 burpees +1 rope climb across. 


Rested 10 min and did another :40 secs.
