40 min Air Bike
Every 3 min, got off and accumulated 1 min of core work, such as hollow rocks, hollow hold, FLR, side plank, superman hold, squat holds.

Contrast bath: hot tub/cold plunge 
4-5 rounds 2-3 min each. 

Stretching in sauna.
