B. Squat Clean @ 75-90%, 1/45 sec for 12 reps
Didn't know if this meant 12 min or 12 reps. 
So did 12 min. (16 reps@260)
Realized grip was too wide. Got in a groove. And built back up to 290.
Anytime i get close to 300, start tensing up, left SI.  
Gotta break that mental barrier again and get over it.

Complete. Barely squeezed out last set. 🙌
