40 min @ 70-75% MAS pace- mix b/w bike, row, or ski as you feel

Complete. 

Rotated through 25 cals on bike, 500m row, and 17 cals on ski. 

Roughly 2, 2, 1 min a piece each. 

Breathing was nice and controlled. 👍
